Our Team

Katelyn Wright, CDCA, serves as Office Manager at Empowerment Healthcare in Columbus, Ohio, where she directs daily operations, manages administrative functions, and acts as a primary point of contact for patient communication. She also provides chemical dependency counseling support, helping ensure patients feel heard, supported, and guided throughout their care experience.

With over a decade of healthcare experience, Katelyn has grown from laboratory collection roles into leadership and management. Her background includes a strong foundation in addiction medicine and substance use disorder treatment, with a continued focus on expanding her knowledge in nutrition and functional, holistic healthcare.

Katelyn approaches patient care with a philosophy rooted in active listening and individualized assessment. She understands that each patient’s journey is unique and prioritizes personalized care over standardized approaches. Her goal is to deliver thoughtful, high-quality support while empowering individuals with the tools, education, and encouragement needed to achieve lasting improvements in their health and recovery.

Outside of her professional role, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her family. She is married with two children, ages 11 and 4, and much of her time is dedicated to family activities and supporting their involvement in sports. She also enjoys outdoor activities, gardening, and home canning.
