Our Team

A Columbus native, Chris holds a diverse academic background with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology from Capital University and a Master’s in Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management. Following a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati (2014), Chris served as an officer in the US Army, culminating in a command role at an Army Combat Support Hospital. Chris has led a grant-funded primary care practice for uninsured and underinsured individuals for a nonprofit organization and has held numerous leadership positions within both large and small health systems.

With a primary focus on patient-centered care, Chris’s practice is informed by an evolutionary and systems biology perspective, allowing for the identification and targeted treatment of the fundamental drivers of disease to improve overall health and wellness. Chris believes in comprehensive assessment and the creation of personalized treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for his patients. 

Chris’s specialization encompasses men and women’s health, weight loss and nutrition, chronic disease prevention, mental health and substance use disorders.

Chris is an enthusiastic individual with a deep appreciation for the great outdoors. Whether it’s hiking through scenic trails, kayaking on tranquil waters, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature, Chris finds joy in any outdoor activity. This love for exploration extends beyond local landscapes, fueling a passion for travel and discovering new cultures and environments
